Universal Fire Smoke Offering Ceremony (Zhiwai Jinsek)

The School Conducted the universal Fire Smoke Offering Ceremony (Zhiwai Jinsek) on 30^th August 2016. The sanctification ceremony was led by His Eminent Lopen Dawa Gyeltshen ( Ex Lopen Tse of Zhung Dratshang), Lopen Tshokchen and Principal of Pung-Dzong Lobdra.

The programme started with Gektrey ceremony sanctifying the whole campus on the night of 29^th august 2016..

 The Zhiwai Jinsek was held the next day to please the countless Buddhas, Bodhisattavas, Dharma protectors  in order to satisfy, remove fear and suffering of infinite formless beings, spirits and countless hungry ghosts or 'Pretas'.

This ceremony was also dedicated for the peace, unity, prosperity , liberation and protection of all sentient beings.

This divine ceremony and holy meal were diligently arranged by the proprietor, staff and students of Ugyen Academy.
