The entire school then chanted the solemn prayer (Zhabten) dedicated to HRH Gyalsey and Their Majesties.

In addition, the jewel of the school, the youngest member of Ugyen Academy family planted Jangchhub Shing in dedication to HRH Gyalsey. Students made meaningful pledges in the name of HRH Gyalsey aiming at improving their character, personality and performances.

Later in the afternoon, students displayed their skills and keen interest through basketball and futsal matches.  In the evening, lighting of butter lamp and cake cutting ceremony was held followed by the most entertaining cultural program.
