Lower Division students participated in Dzongkhag Games and Sports Meet held at Tashidingkha Central School.

Ugyen Academy participated in the two-day chanting of the Jigten Wangchuk prayers in the Pungthang Dewa Chenpoi Phodrang, the very place which houses the holy remains of Zhabdrubg Rinpoche inside the sacred Machen. Class eleven students took part on the first day of the prayer ceremony while the class twelve students participated on the day of the Zhabdrung Kuchoe.
