UA’s two National Chess Champions (Miss Pema Yangsel Dorji and Namgay Dolma both XI Sc) are selected to represent Bhutan in the 45th Chess Olympiad which will be held in Hungary, Budapest in the month of September 2024.

UA U14 Girls are Champions of the Youth Championship, and UA U-16 Girls are the Runners-up for the Youth Championship: 2024 conducted by Bhutan Football Federation (BFF).

UA welcomes, Punahou students, Hawai, to the "IVth International Exchange Program: 2024". We learn a lot from each other.

UA Drama Team bags the 1^st Position of the Dzongkhag Level Drama Competition to qualify and compete at the National Level Drama Competition.

UA Family Headed by Lam Sungkhop arranged for a special prayer for Jigme Palden Dorji (Class IX to XII - 2014 to 2017) who on 20^th May 2024 became the first Bhutanese to hoist the Dragon Flag on the highest peak on earth.
